Nice Projects if you like to work on the O&G, Mining or Industrial sectors.
In general, coworkers are fine and there is a sense of team work.
Cons
Poor benefits, which compared to other medium-size companies are not up to the standard.
Engineering hours are understimated in order to win projects, however this will bite you in the end, because it would be impossible to do projects with such a low number of hours and you will be under the guillotine and deemed as under-performer.
