Cons
-Career growth can be difficult -Hiring freezes and layoffs have always been annual, more recently seems to be several times a year since GE HealthCare spun off -Focus on QMS for manufacturing roles is much greater than in other businesses. It is necessary but it takes a lot of time. If not careful, you can end up being underskilled for your career level unless you are very proactive and dedicate off hours time
