Pros

decent pay and benefits for salaried employees

Cons

poor training and management, cares more about corporate and shareholder’s well being than individual employees, takes advantage of employees through policies disguised to benefit the employee such as permissive time off, participates in regular layoffs and gets away with disproportionately laying off employees belonging to minority groups and other protected classes
