- Work with very smart people - Trying hard to change the culture to be flexible, fast, and less bureaucratic - flexible schedule
Cons
- keep cutting costs, do more work with less people. Struggle to actually do less with less. - lack of appreciation of efforts unless you are a very outspoken person - even though flexible schedule, you work a ton of hours
