Pros
Purpose to go to work every day - great products. Mostly very talented people. Good compensation in the midwest, at least to start.
Cons
Real underwhelming the big opportunities for the business. Playing small ball in the current business silos instead of looking at the vast opportunities available to a company of that size. You can't call it age discrimination even if it is. No fixed vacation any more, have to agree to arbitration and sign away your rights - they have a way to get around any protection you think you have.
