      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to move between different business unit. Pay is good. Flexible hours and most people can do their work remotely.

      Cons

      Too much politics. Benefits are cutting recently. They removed regular vacation and replaced it with "unlimited' vacation, but you know you will not get unlimited vacation. Basically they try to not pay any vacation pay when lay off employees.
