Part of GE which has a good brand name on resume. Access to the training programs available to all GE employees.
Cons
Toxic work environment. There are two classes of employees: management and everyone else. You are treated well when you are in management and you are treated as highly expendable if you are not in that category. Promotions based on favoritism not talent.
