Pros

GE offers strong compensation packages and has a variety of positions and locations across the country, should you want to relocate or change careers.

Cons

The particular position I held had no promotion path. 80% of the team worked remotely, but not all employees were considered for remote positions in the same way - only employees who came from a legacy business purchased by GE Healthcare were offered that option. Frequent mandatory company lunch meetings, with catered food, where you could not bring your own food and they did not address restricted diets (for medical reasons or personal choice) often left people without the opportunity to each lunch at all.
