Good brand name, security and growth opportunities (if you are willing to work for them). The company provide a lot of potential to be self directed and develop oneself as a leader. Everyone is empowered to lead and grow. If you have a strong, dominating personality and are a able to form good relationships, you will do well in this culture.
Cons
Too large, too complex, often bureaucratic. The company has grow so much, so fast that often it is easier to work with people outside the company than within. The global nature of the workforce often hurts good work life balance.
