Pros
There is always a desire to do things better and though it can take time to get everyone together to move forward, that push for innovation and improvement permeates throughout the organization and provides a lot of opportunity to work on new and exciting projects
Cons
As with many large organizations, just navigating around can be a challenge and though there are improvements in communication, nothing is more needed than knowing the right contacts to get things done
