Pros
There are opportunities in all facets of GE Healthcare. If I wanted to achieve something, there would be a number of opportunities to go after. The best way to achieve that, however, was not always communicated.
Cons
Mgmt is based upon the bottom line. Many wasted hours were spent determining budgets to split out a business so those managers could get paid, only to move those budgets later. Training was next to nothing - I wanted to maintain my CPA but spent almost my entire year there trying to get approval to maintain my certification.
