Pros
I would say that the best things about working for GEHC are that they are stable, lots of growth outside the US, the benefits are pretty good, there are opportunities for great training. The work environment is flexible, depending in your manager. At GE you are never just in a job, you can change roles, and learn and grow lots over the course of your career.
Cons
Some bad managers, most US jobs located in Wisconsin, sometimes they do not think of employees as people, just a number, but usually that's not an issue.
