      - Flexible work hours - Permissive time off - Pension for those hired before 2011, ended altogether at end of 2020 - Decent pay and bonus opportunity (bonus is less based on your performance and more on the company)

      Cons

      - Toxic culture (sure you can find good pockets) - Buddy promotions - Recruited individuals through college programs tend to receive preferential treatment and promotion opportunities - Secure concerns
