Pros

Networking with executives Always have events/round tables/etc Plenty of learning

Cons

EXTREME favoritism will influence your salary/raise -- unless you're the DTLP program manager's favorite, expect your raise to be measly. Once you "graduate" from the program, you are kicked to the CURB. GEHC does not care about its employees and will spend millions training them only to tell them there's "no place for them here". Several senior executives told me "this company does not care about you". Everyone acts sooo busy but does no real work -- just constant meetings that could have been emails. Nearly everything is done in some terribly old tool that nobody knows how to manage or excel. Terribly unwelcome culture. If you don't fit into the generic corporate America mold, you'll be left in the dust.
