      Pros

      GE is fairly stable with descent benefits. I have advanced through hard work so opportunities do exist if you have the right manager helping your career.

      Cons

      GE is a great place to work if you are hand chosen as part of their leadership programs. If you are not you will always be considered a worker bee and your career and salary will reflect that. If you are chosen to be part of the leadership programs be prepared for long hours low pay and minimal interactions that mean something.
