Pros
Flexible working location (almost everyone working remotely except a few leadership and employees); Smart coworkers (no nonsense); Professionalism
Cons
1. Layoffs - layoffs do happen very often; it gives you a fear of the feeling that the next one can be you which makes you work hard 2. Long working hours - they expect employees to work weekends, holidays, night and days. We cannot take the time off during Christmas season, New Years or July 4th as it's quarter close period; and they only give you "ONE" day off for the make up 3. Vacation - it is "Permissive" vacation; but my manager gives me a hard time not accepting my vacation request; Not encouraging time offs at all 4. Not family friendly - I don't know about other field in this company, but weirdly in the finance field, it is quite hard to find an employee with children; They really don't allow you to have family time here. 5. HR or Leadership need to create a solid company culture - I have worked in other big companies and they had a great company culture that makes you feel belong to the company. It is very hard to find that inclusiveness here.
