GE Healthcare has strong and competitive benefits, has good schedule flexibility although highly dependent on role and manager, and has relatively competitive salaries.

Cons

GE Healthcare is a top heavy organization. There is not enough investing in technology and innovation. There is significant cost pressure from multiple angles and product development is extremely slow. Constant staff turnover and paralysis by indecision and churn make this company difficult to endure for a significant tenure. The company has such a critical role and purpose in healthcare, but values are obscured by outside influences and cost pressures.
