Pros

The only pro is that, given the company's inability to attract talent, they cannot afford to fire anyone.

Cons

Regionally Program Coordinators are expected to also be part time Clinical Engineering workers. This, naturally, does not leave adequate time to do either job correctly. Other regions do not do this. I have never had a market adjustment, nor a merit increase despite my performance. That isn't how it works here. I also was just reading that the increase for my position in India averages 6-7%. Not the 2-3% we receive in the US.
