      Great people, Company provided vehicle, fuel and insurance.

      Cons

      Does not pay what people skills are worth. Far below. High turn around due to pay. Does not hire enough people to help avoid people getting burnt out. Very understaffed. Does not TRULY care about engineers like they always say.
