Pros
They pay you good while in training. They do give a company vehicle and other benefits.
Cons
The core metrics that must be maintained to be in good standing with the department are unrealistic. Majority of employees who perform at a high level do so by no taking ANY breaks throughout the day and also by working well past “business hours” without any OT pay. Management will say how they work nights and weekends just to complete their tasks and expect you to do the same. All while not being compensated for the work. The goals that are set and rate 1-5 with 5 being nearly impossible. In training they will tell you strive for a 3. Yet once out of training a 3 simply does not get the job done. They will pay you just enough to keep most people from leaving and putting up with the never ending stress and mental fatigue.
