9 week out-of-state training program with food, travel, accommodations covered in addition to full-salary. Competitive base pay plus annual profit sharing bonus.
Cons
Intense micromanaging with unrealistic metric goals. Must sacrifice some metrics for others e.g. supervisors force you to write for cheap aftermarket parts which don't fit, delay the repair and upset the body shops all while expecting high customer service scores, quick repair times, low rental days and low average cost of repairs.
