Hello I am human resource 430234 I settle millions of dollars worth of claims and get paid less than adjusters at other companies. Our management team does not see us as people, we are a productivity metrics. GEICO is hemorrhaging good employees to Progressive and other companies because they do not see us as people and treat us like garbage. Calls are monitored by power tripping morons in other offices. Trash MDPs get promoted after skating by. They removed short term disability and shortened our bonding time to 4 weeks for parents with newborns. Waiting for profit sharing to go away.
