Pros
Work from home eligibility, Good pay for someone coming out of school, Good for a first job experience.
Cons
I’ve been with the company for nearly 2 years and I’ve seen it deteriorate very quickly. The newest CEO treats everyone as a number and is constantly focused on efficiency. His sense of moral values appears non existent and that sense of leadership has trickled down into every facet of the company. I’ve been a consistent high performer since I’ve started but it’s become impossible to excel in the role. When I first started you could easily make 6 figures but that’s now just not possible because our time is wasted with new company policies and scripts. The job is extremely monotonous and it’s not worth the base pay. You’ll get back to back to back calls of people all across the country looking for the cheapest insurance. A lot of people are too lazy to go online and will call just to have you do the work for them with no intention to buy. It’s the climate we’re in with insurance but it’s the job. There’s no sense of care for your mental health and it will always be about what’s best for the company. Although I will say I will always be greatful for the experience that I’ve attained while being here.
