Pros

Paid training, lots of variety in work locations and type of work. Company car and equipment. A company that invests in training employees but there is a lot lot to learn "will take 3-4 years to really understand job" That little gecko though will steal your heart and there must be something in the water at Macon. That's not a bad thing though. Sip the green Kool aid and taste the difference

Cons

Workload is very heavy and expectations set by internal office isn't accurate or in line with actual work in the field. Field AD should be given more authority as they are the eyes and ears and have their hands on the actual cars. Also understand each territory geographically is not the same and adjust metrics to match territory areas. Team work and having a team that trusts and supports one another is crucial. Mistakes are inevitable and some customers and even shops sadly will bully or try to abuse surveys and similar measures to get their way or payments but don't blame the employee. Value the ones who do the work and have the passion and drive for the work itself. Profit sharing is great but it cannot buy or replace passion, authenticity, integrity and a love for cars and the work itself. It does take a certain kind of person to want to do this kind of work and when you find the ones crazy enough to do it willingly ya really gotta hang onto them and make sure they know you do value them

Pros

Strong opportunities for career growth Many people are willing to mentor and support others without expecting anything in return Supportive culture, even from people who may not know you personally Increased focus on education and development, especially for leaders More company activities at the local office, which has been a welcome change Fun associate engagement opportunities like escape rooms, art activities, games, and food events So many opportunities for recognition

Cons

There are still some areas where the company appears to be rebuilding trust and confidence Change is noticeable and appreciated, but some improvements are still in progress Feedback has clearly helped shape recent changes, and it will be good to see that progress continue
