Pros

Not many pros other than the pay that they remind you constantly about how lucky you are to be getting and make you feel like you must justify every penny you earn because you can never do enough.All smoke and mirrors on the outside, chaotic and haphazard under the surface.

Cons

have see middle to upper management on more than one occasion outright lie to customers in attempts to keep their business. Try to cover up management weaknesses by deflecting the blame of their shortcomings onto the people that report to them. Can barely manage to keep the team atmosphere together by harassment and intimidation. If you do not fit the mindless drone mentality and attempt to take initiative on your own, you are quickly smacked back down to your place under the heels of their boots. Not a single person can speak their mind and try to draw attention to actual areas of improvement, they place a fire under you and expect you to dance and perform like a circus monkey all the while telling them how great your job is and how much you love the Gibbs condescending attitude towards everyone. Sales team in all areas is one step above a bunch of Fraternity stooges trying to puff up their chests while backstabbing anyone in their way.

Pros

Great company to work for, they give you plenty of opportunity for upward momentum. Fun work environment. Hard work but you leave with a sense of accomplishment. Hard to beat benefits.

Cons

Pay could be better but benefits make up for it.

Pros

The people you work alongside with are all great

Cons

They have management post fake reviews in here, so always question the 5 star reviews that all sound too good to be true. They completely restructure at least yearly, the only people that are safe are those that are close friends or related to senior management. They will even award these people bonuses, awards, and presidents club over the hard working normal employees. They will remove your work from home perks whenever it suits them, and they’ll expect you to perform onsite work that is not in your contract. These things will never improve because the individual responsible is part of the inner circle. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
