Pros

Relatively good insight into public affairs, although a limited number of client portfolio. Some of the work is rather dry as a result. Decent office space and in good location. The 2 hours is a good work initiative.

Cons

Need more staff in senior management who have experiences from outside the company to diversify leadership and improve opportunities. Current management team are birds of one feather, having become directors through starting off as interns. Creates a block thinking culture. Uninspiring senior management team due to this fact and little inspiration from top down. Not many career opportunities within the team as quite small and not enough space between the tiers, or money, for promotions. Difficult to retain clients as they can get better services from other PR agencies. Most of the people working there have come straight from university/internships so their level of experience is limited - which is fine but not great for career development and professional growth when there isn't anyone you can learn from. Basically like working in a student's union, with someone a few years older than you and not much more wider experiences than you, as the directors.

Pros

Lots of good ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit - there is a sense of momentum and the team is hungry.

Cons

Lack of attention to detail, a slapdash approach to management and real suspicion around any attempt to think strategically or systematically.
