      Pros

      Meet some great people that have a lot to offer even if their KSAs are hindered by leadership.

      Cons

      Leadership makes decision that actively make the lives of lower level employees much worse. Morale is at an all time low and they continue to enact reorgs that invetibaly end up undoing a previous reorg. It becomes exhausting.

      Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

      Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

      Horrible work life balance. Zero company culture. Few career growth opportunities. This role is soon to be fully replaced by AI.
