Pros
- One could have a broad knowledge of global industry across various geography and sector. - One could develop a very broad network of senior people and experts which one could bank upon for future career development.
Cons
- Highly repetitive tasks. You will be doing the same thing after four years which you did when you freshly joined. - Strictly speaking, it's a call center. However, you are not selling credit cards or insurance plans but reaching out to who's who of each industry. - Pressure from competitors is wreaking havoc to this otherwise 'go easy' company creating huge lay offs and drastic cost cutting measures. Workforce at its Gurgaon location has been reduced by half.
