Pros
It’s a great company and offers good work life balance and plenty of opportunities for growth and learning. It has an open work culture so seniors are quite approachable and are always willing to listen to and address employee concerns. Interaction with clients (if in client facing role) and very senior professionals across industries ensures that the job doesn’t get monotonous and you are up to date with what is happening in the industry. There is a lot of focus on learning, flexible working, women empowerment etc. which adds to a positive future outlook of the company. If you join the firm as a fresher there is a lot of learning about various industries involved which helps in building a lot of sector knowledge.
Cons
Growth at senior level is currently limited.
