Pros

- small teams - global company - incredibly smart, talented peers - pay is good (but benefits could be MUCH better)

Cons

- hierarchy -- they claim it's a flat structure, but it's far from that. Leaders expect you to know your place and are rarely receptive to feedback or anything that's not an idea of theirs - anything related to culture and/or diversity & inclusion is lip service - US offices severely lack diversity -- sure, some 40ish percent of the company are women, but a) you'll find few of them in leadership and b) there's more to D&I than gender. The real focus, especially in the US, needs to be on race/ethnicity. Offices demographics are a far cry from reflecting those of the cities they're in. - benefits could be MUCH better - flexible work isn't really a thing, especially with client solutions - you'll need therapy. No, really. There are so many unwritten rules at this place and stressors. You'll go nuts without. - they ask employees to submit positive reviews on Glassdoor - professional development is virtually non-existent -- if you a) have a vision for how you'd like to grow your career or b) need help articulating that, good luck doing it here. Again, lip service. - lots of people doing what they're told in HR, even when they know it's not the right thing -- fear = driving force of the culture

Pros

Amazing people - lots of reviews say that because it's true. You'll work with smart, genuine, hard working humans. Good benefits and perks. Interesting events and opportunities to learn. Overall, a good place to start your career!

Cons

Very fast-paced environment which definitely isn't for everyone. Lots of necessary change.

Pros

People at the peer level are great and you learn about some interesting industries

Cons

This is the worst place I have ever worked. Management does not care about you. They put on a front, but push and push and ask for more no matter how hard you work. You can be a top performer, but if you leave on time to go home they're not happy. It's never enough and the work never ends. It's just not worth it.
