Pros
At this company, you get to work with some truly smart and ambitious people. To be interested in the product and the company, you have to have an interest in "Learning" in general. The company leans on this interest and invests heavily in L&D for their people. The product is one of the more interesting products I've had the pleasure of selling. The flexibility of what you can do with a network of 700K experts allows you to really get creative with clients in both how you structure out relationships and how you price them out. There is a high "give a sh*t" factor here which is good for morale. Yes, there have been a lot of changes over the years but the recent changes have been for the better. They are confronting the issues of years past head on.
Cons
There have been many changes over the past couple years. Just when you start getting comfortable, things changes dramatically. There is a political element in that you need to make sure your name is known and you are connected to the right people. Hard work goes far here but hard work under the right manager who is respected at the company makes a massive difference.
