Pros
The team is generally energetic and fun. I received exposure to lots of industries, ideas and people. When I took risks, I felt rewarded even when those ideas did not end up implemented.
Cons
The hours are very long and you are always on call. The biggest cost to the business, by far, is its people and so there is always pressure to take on more then is healthy. There is little room to grow in responsibility after a certain point - too many ambitious people fighting for too few opportunities.
