Very unrealistic expectations on staff members.
Just went through our EA negotiations and a no vote was taken, management told our negotiation team we needed a reality check and refused to negotiate. All we wanted as a 4% payrise and 15 minute breaks.
I have started looking for work elsewhere
Other health funds offer higher super contributions, base pay and other benefits like discounts on health insurance and more parental leave.
