Pros

Working as a sales professional at GMI Research has been an incredibly rewarding experience. I had the opportunity to work very closely with the management team, and their constant support and mentorship made a huge difference in my professional journey. They created an environment where learning never stops, encouraging new ideas, providing clear direction, and always being open to discussions and feedback. Thanks to their guidance, I was able to strengthen my understanding of sales strategy, client engagement, and leadership communication. The collaboration and trust within the team not only helped me achieve my goals but also fueled my growth beyond expectations. I’m truly grateful for the experience and the learning it brought along the way!

Cons

One suggestion for the management is to consider reinstating the snack allowance that the company previously offered. Allowing employees to choose and enjoy snacks of their preference can be a small but meaningful gesture that supports well-being and contributes to a more positive workplace experience.

Pros

I have had a very positive experience working with this company. The salary structure is competitive and reflects the effort and skills employees bring to their roles, which is highly motivating. There are ample opportunities to learn and grow, allowing individuals to diversify their experience across different projects and responsibilities. This environment encourages continuous development and helps build strong professional capabilities. What truly stands out is the management team, they are approachable, supportive, and always willing to guide employees when needed. Overall, it’s a great workplace that values its people and promotes both personal and professional growth.

Cons

Sometime have to put more hours in office especially while working on a tight deadline projects.

Pros

Here's good electricity and good air conditioning

Cons

Where to begin? No one knows what to do or how to do it. You’re left to figure out everything on your own. Juniors are treated like disposable plates and cups, while seniors act like dictators—tyrannical and unapproachable. You’ll never flourish in this office. Your self-esteem is systematically crushed, and any time you perform a task unexpectedly well, don’t expect a reward. Instead, you’ll be put on the radar for bashing, taunts, and every form of criticism that will make you feel small. Some seniors seem determined to keep you from thinking too highly of yourself, making sure that you never feel like you’re valuable to the company. If you are a good employee, expect to be constantly on edge. You’ll either be threatened with being fired or you may be fired outright. The message is clear: you are not allowed to have confidence or believe you’re important. You’re reminded at every turn that you’re replaceable and insignificant. This toxic culture thrives on fear, humiliation, and power plays. The management is the heart of the dysfunction. Incompetent doesn’t even begin to describe it—they are actively destructive. There’s no clear vision, no strategy, and certainly no communication. Decisions are erratic, often contradicting previous directives, leaving everyone scrambling to meet impossible, ever-changing expectations. Feedback is ignored or met with hostility, and any suggestion for improvement is viewed as a personal attack on their egos. There’s no accountability from leadership. When things inevitably go wrong, blame is shifted onto employees, while management takes no responsibility for their disastrous decisions. They expect loyalty and dedication from staff but offer none in return. The environment is toxic, filled with gossip and backstabbing. Morale is at rock bottom, and turnover is sky-high. In short, this company is a soul-sucking black hole that will drain not only your career aspirations but also your mental health. It’s not just a bad place to work—it’s an outright career killer. Don’t expect personal or professional growth; expect to leave more drained and demoralized than when you entered. If you value your self-worth, your sanity, and your future, do yourself a favor and steer clear. And one more thing: I recently read a feedback reply from the company stating that an employee supposedly made the management's lives a "living hell." Honestly, I couldn’t stop laughing. The blatant desperation in trying to appear decent is almost comical. Apparently, the employee had "fought the management over air conditioning"? What a ridiculous lie. If you’ve worked here, you’ll know how absurd that sounds. No one even has the freedom to take an extra breath, let alone argue with management. It's crystal clear that any request or suggestion is immediately taken as a personal insult to their fragile egos. If the employee asked for something as simple as a more comfortable work environment, management probably twisted it to make him look like a troublemaker. It’s the same tired script they use to keep people in line: smear anyone who dares to ask for basic human decency, and then pat themselves on the back for "handling" the situation.
