      I can't think of any pros while working here.

      Cons

      Worst and insensible attitude personality of CEO towards it's employees. Worst experience working here. No incentives or compensation at all. No respect for employees. No motivation given. Felt like working in a prison as they treat you like you like a prisoner or slave.

      No pros, There is no equality, they treat the employees as servants HR team is really bad, no manners of talking to people, long working hours, Salary below the market standards

      We always processed salary on time. Our HR team is very supportive for employees who follow the company rules and regulations and are always there to help employees in need. Even the management is very supportive and always motivates employees. HR team only comes into the picture when employees don't follow company rules and regulations. We don't treat employees based on designation, we treat every employee with respect without and partiality. Our salary structure is very competitive with good incentives and bonuses. Employees hardly work late hours.
