A really good working environment

Not too much really I’d say

-Pace is slow enough to allow new hires to get up to speed -Project variety is good -Most people are super supportive

-Some upper management doesn’t look after their staffs well being -Bonuses are bad unless you work a ton of extra hours -Process for determining bonuses is set up for the higher ups and overachievers to do well
