      There are hardly any Pros to mention like Cab facility for meetings

      Cons

      work environment was very bad, not able to sustain for much time, no clear vision was available to start a specific task

      Pros

      I have been working at GRC India for the last 3 years and overall it has been a steady learning experience for me. When I joined, I had very little idea about how environmental reports are prepared, but slowly I got used to the workflow. Now I can handle projects without much supervision, which feels like real growth.

      Cons

      I didn't find anything wrong in this organization.
