Not recommended - Anonymous employee GRODT Employee Review

Payments team and CRM manager was chaos. The manager didnt care anyone just her position, shouting with people and treating them bad and everyone know there that she isnt good, and she should be changed but nobody has the balls to do that. No support help from the manager. No flexibility, zero benefits or bonuses. Overtime is not paid but expected to stay longer. Level of English is basic. No trust from the management nor from the company. They want to know everything about the person and its life.
