Pros
Many parties, a full fridge with food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, a lot of flexibility with no micromanagement, very laid-back
Cons
They require a lot of office work, with little flexibility for working from home. Some people who get promoted lack knowledge in the field; it seems like they are promoted more because of relationships or good performance in their current role, rather than actually being capable leaders.

You get hired easily if you dont have experience and have nice office. Some people are kind there The company would be great without certain people
Cons
Payments team and CRM manager was chaos. The manager didnt care anyone just her position, shouting with people and treating them bad and everyone know there that she isnt good, and she should be changed but nobody has the balls to do that. No support help from the manager. No flexibility, zero benefits or bonuses. Overtime is not paid but expected to stay longer. Level of English is basic. No trust from the management nor from the company. They want to know everything about the person and its life.
