Pros

I enjoyed most of my coworkers as well as the ability to get overtime (due to poor processes, support, and efficiency)

Cons

The management team is terrible. It consists of mostly German employees brought over from Germany. They feel entitled to everything and that they are better than everyone else (especially Americans). You will not be recognized for any hard work you do and any decision you make will be wrong. You will not be valued nor respected by management. They will run this company into the ground soon enough.

Pros

Learning processes from Germany and how it’s done on the other side of the world! Great people to work with! Work to personal time is great. 8 and skate! I learned a lot working @GRW. GREAT FAMILY ATMOSPHERE. CEO will not tolerate toxic team members. All management always supports and backs up the “little guy”. Very personable company. The last company I worked for that everyone from the owner down will come by and say “good morning”, shake your hand and say thank you for what you do!

Cons

Learning processes from the other side of the world, when you’ve only done it the “American “ way. Once you figure out their is a method to the madness everything else falls in place.

Pros

Full of a lot of exceptionally competent people and EXCELLENT healthcare benefits for a US worksite!

Cons

Management doesn't give people the breathing room to do their job and "manages" by screaming at people in meetings. You have to watch your back full time. I loved the diversity starting out, but soon realized that most of the international hires are there because they are locked to the employer by their visa situations and would rather deal with the toxicity than have to leave the country.
