      Pros

      Good health benefits, low cost.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management. Managers wanted to blame other managers or workers in the plant instead of solving problems. German managers brought over from Germany with little or no management experience and given more pay and responsibility than those with established skills.

      I enjoyed most of my coworkers as well as the ability to get overtime (due to poor processes, support, and efficiency)

      Cons

      The management team is terrible. It consists of mostly German employees brought over from Germany. They feel entitled to everything and that they are better than everyone else (especially Americans). You will not be recognized for any hard work you do and any decision you make will be wrong. You will not be valued nor respected by management. They will run this company into the ground soon enough.
