      Mismanaged Senior Leadership Team is Dysfunctional Too many cooks in the kitchen! Leadership does not trust or value your expertise Way too lean of an organization Expectations of volume are too high for the level of staffing Culture used to be great and has become lost Turning into a WalMart centric leadership approach Too much nepotism - leaders hire and protect their "friends" Ego-centric Senior Leaders
