      I enjoyed working with customers to help solve there payment issues.

      Cons

      Manger for AR Collections/AP was hired with no previous management experience. Targets are made to senior employees of the team for failure due to being threatened by managers lack of experience and will not work for success of team. Looks down on you from above and has let go employees within the first year of the managers employment with no reason. High turnover due to poor management.

      Salary uncompetitive, management incompetent, culture of fear (of CEO), created chaos (rushed deadlines for no reason), lots of work for the sake of work without anything useful or substantial. Makes consistent effort to avoid the real issue: that customers are not happy (do a quick Google search).

Leadership does not trust or value your expertise Way too lean of an organization Expectations of volume are too high for the level of staffing Culture used to be great and has become lost Turning into a WalMart centric leadership approach Too much nepotism - leaders hire and protect their "friends" Ego-centric Senior Leaders
