Pros

In the midst of the chaos and dysfunction at GSafety Technology, there is one glimmer of hope—the former staff members who were fortunate enough to escape the clutches of this disastrous company. While everything else about GSafety Technology is disheartening, the experiences of those who managed to leave earlier shed some light on the dire situation within the organization.

Cons

1. MIA Boss: GSafety Technology's new boss is an enigma, disappearing into thin air when needed the most. The absence of a visible and engaged leader creates a void of direction and guidance within the company. Employees are left feeling adrift, lacking the support and leadership necessary for a thriving work environment. 2. Dubious Singapore Office: GSafety Technology's utilization of its Singapore office raises red flags. Instead of genuinely investing in a productive and well-functioning branch, the company appears to view it merely as a token presence to enhance the boss's resume. This lack of genuine commitment to Singapore as a strategic location raises questions about the company's integrity and intentions. 3. Poor Language Skills Requirement: GSafety Technology heavily relies on the Chinese language, making it extremely challenging for non-Chinese speakers to thrive within the company. The lack of English proficiency severely hampers effective communication and collaboration AND the reputation of the company. 4. Lack of Clear Strategy: GSafety Technology is a company adrift in a sea of confusion. There is no clear strategy or direction provided to employees, leaving them feeling lost and unsure about their roles and responsibilities. The absence of a cohesive plan undermines productivity and inhibits progress. 5. Absence of Effective Leadership and training: GSafety Technology is akin to a ship without a captain. Leadership is sorely lacking within the organization. There is a noticeable void in guidance, decision-making, and support from management. The absence of strong leadership trickles down, resulting in disengaged employees and a lack of accountability. Don't expect any training, there's barely any onboarding process but ''read the documents online'' and have fun with it. 6. No Sense of Unity: The language and cultural barriers within GSafety Technology create a fragmented and disjointed workforce. The lack of cohesion and unity among employees hampers teamwork, collaboration, and a sense of belonging. It's an isolating and disheartening environment for non-Chinese speakers. I am not even mentioning the non-existent perks, promotion, commission, performance bonuses since they arent applicable here.
