The lack of English proficiency severely hampers effective communication and collaboration AND the reputation of the company.

There is no clear strategy or direction provided to employees, leaving them feeling lost and unsure about their roles and responsibilities. The absence of a cohesive plan undermines productivity and inhibits progress.
