      Pros

      Great company with a strong history in Pharma. Offers great development options for those who actively seek them out.

      Cons

      Despite the strong development focus for employees there is a logjam of high performers who are waiting for higher level roles to be available. The lack of these higher level roles inadvertently leads to some people having to leave to pursue career ambitions.

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
