Pros
Was the best company to work at for the first 15 of the 18 years I have been there. Fantastic salary, opportunity to grow, very professional, tuition reimbursement, 20 days vacation from the start.
Cons
GSK does not employ the best leaders in the organization. As most places, it is "who you know", but the managers who were appointed higher positions in the organization has created a mess with morale.
