Nice Campuses & Good Office Environment [if you are not in an open space]
Cons
1) Middle Mangement is black box that makes it's own rules for personal agendas 2) You are easily discriminated against if you are not "African American". That is the only "protected race". 3) Company belives in positive discrimnation 4) Not a very forward moving company; lots of dead weight [in management] that drags the company down 5) Sr. Management oblivious to much that happens beyond one level below them 6) Lack of integrity and ethics pervelant throughout the company and tolerated based on whose rare you are kissing! 7) Management does not practice what they teach 8) HR supports harrasment and discrimination 9) The company does not stand behind it's own core values.
