      Pros

      Great compensation and great benefits

      Cons

      Top heavy management and not enough regular employees to do the jobs expected. Many of the managers have been promoted far above their intelligence which has led to losing contracts, etc. Poor communication and managers are out of touch with reality. Not enough employees to run production but multiple managers. Morale among production workers and regular employees was horrible.

      Pros

      Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

      Cons

      This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.

      The benefits were great, pay was middle of the road all things considered.

      Mangement left things to be desired.
