Pros
Good flex-work. Allowed work from home for some days of the week. Friendly coworkers as well as management. Typically had optimistic attitudes.
Cons
Getting someone else to do their part of supporting an app or change to app or OS is near impossible at times. Seemed to be a lot of unknown information...or where to go to get that information. Always pointed to one place...and that one place would usually be ambiguous.
